Founding Principals
The president of The Dundon Company, Ed Dundon, founded the company in 1991 to provide professional hotel brokerage services to hotel owners and buyers throughout the Pacific Northwest. This immediately followed a five year tenure at Grubb & Ellis where Ed was responsible with others in founding the Grubb & Ellis Hospitality Properties Division, the first national hotel brokerage network within the commercial real estate industry. The Dundon Company founding was stimulated by Ed’s realization that there was a need in the Northwest for a hotel broker with expertise in the unique nature of the Northwest market coupled with an extensive national network.
Philosophy
The goal and philosophy of The Dundon Company was and is to offer professional and knowledgeable brokerage services to individuals as well as institutional clients with needs in the Northwestern US. We combine professional marketing materials with a diligent work ethic to assure that our sellers achieve maximum market value for their hotel assets. We have a history of professionally servicing clients coupled with successful closings.
