EXPERIENCE
1991 - Present – President and Designated Broker of The Dundon Company. The Dundon Company was founded as a real estate brokerage firm to specialize in hotel sales and development throughout the Pacific Northwest. Operated as the Denlea-Dundon company from 1991-1993.
1985 – 1991 – Associate Broker with Grubb & Ellis Company. Helped found and develop the Hospitality Properties Division, the first national commercial real estate company to have a hotel division.
1981 - 1985 – Associate Broker with Lucke Drake Van Houten. General commercial real estate brokerage to include Retail, Industrial, Office and Investments. Specialized in restaurants.
