The Dundon Company publishes twice yearly a Survey of hotels located in the Portland Metropolitan Area. The hotels included in the Survey include all hotels that quote a minimum corporate rate of $50.00 per night.
The principal features of the Survey include the following:
- A complete listing of hotels to include address, date opened and number of guestrooms by submarket in the order of quoted rate.
- Supply additions plus hotels planned and under construction by submarket.
- A summary page which reveals market trends by illustrating the number of hotels quoting a higher or lower rate in comparison with the prior Survey.
- A brief general market update report which accompanies the release of each Survey. This report highlights hotel market trends from a national, regional and local perspective.
