2009 - Present – The Dundon Company. The Dundon Company was founded as a real estate brokerage firm to specialize in hotel sales and development throughout the Pacific Northwest.

2007 – 2009 – Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Inc. Responsible for leading the Northwest office for the hospitality investment services firm.

2003 - 2007 – Vice President, Acquisitions for Wyndham Worldwide, Inc. Responsible for real estate acquisitions in the western US, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada for the world’s largest vacation ownership resort developer, marketer and manager.

2002 – 2003 - Director of Development for Trinity Real Estate, Inc. Responsible for project management, investment analysis, and business development for real estate services firm providing investment, development, and advisory services.

1999 – 2001 - Regional Manager, Real Estate for Nordstrom, Inc. Responsible for planning and implementing corporate real estate objectives for one of the nation’s leading fashion specialty retailers.

1995 – 1999 - Director of Development for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Responsible for the growth of Starwood’s hotel brands through new development, acquisitions, and procuring management and franchise agreements.

Prior Experience - Senior level hospitality/real estate consulting positions with HVS International and PKF Consulting. Completed and supervised over 300 appraisals, feasibility studies, and strategic consulting assignments for hospitality, resort, fractional, timeshare, golf, and recreational projects throughout the US and Mexico.

Hotel management positions with InterContinental Hotel Group.
