The Dundon Company has represented the interests of many national and international hotel companies in their efforts to acquire, sell or develop hotel properties in the Northwest to include Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Marriott Corporation, ITT Sheraton (now a Starwood brand), Ramada Inns, Inc., Red Lion Hotels & Inns, Promus Corporation (Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites and Hampton Inns – now a part of Hilton), Meristar Hospitality Corp., and Interstate Hotels, now merged, Impac Hotels (now Lodgian), Sunstone Hotels, Boykin Lodging and others.
National and International Database
Our database contains over 4,000 records and includes the majority of major investors, developers, management companies and franchisors active in the United States and particularly in the Pacific Northwest. More importantly, these entities are more than a name in a computer. Ed Dundon has personally met or spoken with the majority.
Regular Attendance at Hotel Investment Conferences
Ed Dundon has attended regularly since 1987 the following Hotel Investment Conferences:
- Hotel Industry Investment Conference, Los Angeles (now ALIS)
- The Annual International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, New York City
- The Lodging Conference, Phoenix (since 1998 – conference was founded in 1997)
- Meet the Money, Los Angeles (since 2004 - conference was founded in 1995)
These conferences are recognized as the principal forums for national and international leaders among hotel operators, investors, developers, lenders and consultants. Through regular contact with these individuals and companies, Ed has developed an extensive network critical to a successful marketing plan.
